Open an issue on the Enduragent issue tracker on GitHub. That is where the Enduragent authors take questions, bug reports and corrections. You need a free GitHub account to open an issue.
Issues are public. Never post an API key or anything else you would not show a stranger.
In the issue, give the app version from Settings > About, what you did, and what you expected to happen.
Send feedback from the app
Feedback sends a short note straight to the Enduragent authors. It is not public.
- In the chat, tap Settings, the gear at the top left.
- Under Support, tap Feedback.
- Write your note, up to 4,000 characters, and tap Send.
You can also type /feedback in the chat, followed by your note, and send it. The app opens Feedback with your note in it. Nothing is sent until you tap Send on Feedback.
When the note arrives, the app says Received. Thank you for the note. If the app cannot confirm that the note arrived, it says so and keeps your note. Tap Try again to send the same note.
What Feedback sends. Only the note you wrote, the channel ios, and a random id the app made for the note, to feedback.enduragent.icu, which records when it arrived. It sends no conversation, coaching memory, training data, keys or diagnostics file. The coach does not see the note.
The note carries no way to reach you, so we cannot answer it. If you want a reply, open an issue.
Share a diagnostics file
When something goes wrong, a diagnostics file shows us what the app recorded. The app makes the file on your iPhone and never sends it on its own.
- Tap Settings, then under Support tap Diagnostics.
- Tap Make diagnostics file.
- The iOS share sheet opens. Choose where the file goes, for example Save to Files.
What the file holds. The app's version, your iPhone model and iOS version, which access method you use, whether intervals.icu is connected, your language choice, counts of what the app has saved, and the last 14 days of the app's problems and model usage. It holds no keys, messages, Credits id, intervals.icu athlete id or training data.
The file is plain text, named like enduragent-diagnostics-2026-10-30-0915.json. If you save it to Files first, you can open it and read it before you send it anywhere.
To send it to us, attach it to an issue on the issue tracker. GitHub accepts .json files. An attached file is public, like the rest of the issue. Feedback cannot carry the file.
How the coach reaches a model
The coach replies through OpenRouter. You choose how in Settings > Access method. There are two ways:
- Credits. Each iPhone gets a free starter amount of Credits, once. With Credits, OpenRouter bills the Enduragent authors, not you. Settings > Credits shows your balance. When your Credits run out, the app says so and you can switch to your own OpenRouter account.
- Your own OpenRouter account. Tap Sign in with OpenRouter and sign in on OpenRouter's page. OpenRouter bills your account at its own prices. Questions about an OpenRouter bill go to OpenRouter.
Enduragent is not affiliated with OpenRouter or intervals.icu.
Nothing to buy
The iPhone app sells nothing. It has no in-app purchases and no subscription, and you cannot buy Credits.
Privacy and terms
- The Privacy Policy sets out what the iPhone app keeps on your phone and in your iCloud, and what leaves the phone.
- The Terms of Use on this site cover the desktop app and the command line, not the iPhone app. The iPhone app is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
- In the app, Settings > About shows the app version and links to the Privacy Policy.
