Rides hidden by Strava
Strava does not allow third-party AI tools to use data from its API. Record with another source and connect that source to intervals.icu.
What happened
Strava’s public terms say this, in their words:
Enduragent is an AI coach, so intervals.icu cannot share those Strava rides with it. They can still show up in your intervals.icu calendar. The coach is missing that history. Read Strava’s post.
What to do for new rides
Record with the device you actually ride with — Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, SUUNTO, COROS, or another head unit — and let that account send rides to intervals.icu. Do not rely on Strava as the only copy.
- Keep recording where you already record Use your Garmin, Wahoo, or other device as usual. Indoor apps such as Zwift usually land in Garmin or Strava first; the recorder that holds the file is the one to connect.
- Connect that account to intervals.icu In intervals.icu open Settings, then Connections, and link the account your rides arrive in. Give it a few minutes to catch up.
- Leave Enduragent as it is The next sync reads whatever intervals.icu is allowed to share. New rides from that recorder show up for the coach.
Older rides that are already hidden
Connecting the recorder is not always enough for history that only lived on Strava. In intervals.icu open Settings → Connections → Strava, then use Import All Strava Data. That asks Strava for a fresh copy. Some rides may still stay hidden. There is no Enduragent switch that overrides Strava.
How you know it worked
Open intervals.icu and Enduragent on the same ride. If both show it, the coach can use it. If intervals.icu has it and Enduragent still says it is hidden, wait for a sync, then try Import All Strava Data once.
